Rent the Estate or the Event Room for Corporate Parties, Family Reunions, Graduations, Birthday Parties or more. 1. Event room w/ large paver patio and evening sunsets. 2. Estate: ten-acre fenced in vineyard with facility. Includes all areas and items listed: *Bar area w/ seating (1375 sq ft) *Event space (1375 sq ft) w/large paver patio (1900 sq ft) * Tables and chairs * Black, White or Ivory Tableclothes included * Large lawn and deck with outdoor seating * Gazebo 20' diameter (with electric) Great for live music! * Outdoor bar * Three restrooms * Handicap parking * Caterer may use kitchen * Space for tent * Space to social distance and still be in view of guests ( during coronavirus times) Certified bartenders included Yard games Rent from 4 hours to 12 hours Sunday - Thursday
